Since our products go into immediate production, we have a very small window of time to make changes. As a result, we are not always able to accommodate order changes after you've confirmed your purchase.
However, we understand mistakes happen (and sometimes it's easy to miss that "must have" item!). If you'd like to make a change to your order, contact us immediately at email@example.com we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Since some of our products ship out within 24 hours, we are not able to accommodate all cancellation requests. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
All items in store take 2-7 business days to process.
Our processing times may increase to 12 business days during peak seasons and holidays. If you're ordering for a special occassion or holiday, please account for added processing time to ensure your package arrives on time.

Some of our items are processed from different warehouses. We also ship out products as soon as they're available to ensure quick delivery. As a result, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
Shipping estimates can vary due to holidays, bad weather conditions, local natural disasters or customs inspections. For this reason, we cannot guarantee shipping times.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Nation Outdoors will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
The customer refuses to accept the package
No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Nation Outdoors reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
We do our best to quality check every product before it goes out the door. But sometimes a bad egg will sneak past us!
If your order arrives and it is damaged, defective or it's not what you ordered, contact us immediately email@example.com. For a faster resolution, please include a picture of the item you received in your email. This will allow us to resolve the issue, and if necessary, send out a replacement package as quickly as possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. A refund will only be issued once the item(s) has been returned to us and inspected. If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at email@example.com. For faster assistance, be sure to include a photo or video of the damaged item. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for damaged or defective goods without receiving photo or video evidence. Upon receipt of your request, we will fully examine the photo/video evidence provided. We will notify you via email within 2 business days with the results of the investigation.
