Cancellation & Return Policy
Our goal is to have your products delivered as quickly as possible. To do this, we generally process, package and ship within the same day an order is placed.
As a result of our same-day processing system, we are not able to accommodate all cancellation requests. If you wish to request a cancellation, please email us immediately at email@example.com. Please note: if your order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel your order.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. For faster assistance, be sure to include a photo or video of the damaged item. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for damaged or defective goods without receiving photo or video evidence. Upon receipt of your request, we will fully examine the photo/video evidence provided. We will notify you via email within 2 business days with the results of the investigation.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate returns or refunds due to change of mind.
