Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to have your products delivered as quickly as possible. To do this, we generally process, package and ship within the same day an order is placed. 

As a result of our same-day processing system, we are not able to accommodate all cancellation requests. If you wish to request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@nationoutdoors.com. Please note: if your order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel your order. 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. A refund will only be issued once the item(s) has been returned to us and inspected. To initiate a return, please contact us a support@nationoutdoors.com. Please note that postage fees for the return may apply.

If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@nationoutdoors.com. For faster assistance, be sure to include a photo or video of the damaged item. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for damaged or defective goods without receiving photo or video evidence. Upon receipt of your request, we will fully examine the photo/video evidence provided. We will notify you via email within 2 business days with the results of the investigation.
